Infrastructure Contract Administrator (2 positions) – PNG

About the role

The role supports the Incentive Fund Phase 5 (IF5) infrastructure projects in Papua New Guinea. As an Infrastructure Contract Administrator you will work with IF5 Project Managers to create, execute and manage construction contracts, protecting value, mitigating risk and ensuring fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist IF5 Infrastructure Project Managers in the formation, execution and administration of construction‑related contracts.
• Safeguard project value, manage contractual risk and ensure fairness throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in architecture, construction or engineering, or at least 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in construction.
• Minimum 3 years post‑graduate experience in a similar administrative or management role within an architectural, construction or engineering organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and to travel within Papua New Guinea as required.
