Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of construction projects for national law and justice agencies. The role also coordinates the implementation of the Infrastructure and Equipment Fund (IEF) supporting a range of infrastructure and equipment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from design through construction and handover.
• Oversee the IEF portfolio, ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets (up to K10 million) and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with donors, government agencies, and contractors to secure approvals and monitor compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design reports, contracts, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to Papua New Guinea construction legislation and donor funding requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or project management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management).
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PMI‑CP or equivalent).
• Experience working with DFAT or similar development assistance programmes is preferred.
