Project Manager - Buildings & Civil Construction

About the role

Centric Constructions Limited is looking for an experienced, results-driven Project Manager to lead its current and future buildings and civil construction projects. The company describes itself as a growing Papua New Guinean construction firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Desirable: experience delivering commercial, industrial, civil or infrastructure projects in PNG; knowledge of PNG building and workplace safety regulations; base in Port Moresby.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.
