Regional Sales Manager – Kokopo (Papua New Guinea)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our FMCG operations across the Pacific region from Kokopo, Papua New Guinea. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with a proven track record in FMCG sales, wholesale distribution and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Oversee sales operations, logistics and distribution processes.
• Manage budgets, debtor control and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in wholesale and retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience handling budgets, P&L and debtor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Previous experience in remote or regional settings is highly valued.
