Trade Marketing Representative (Simbu)

About the role

BAT Papua New Guinea is looking for a Trade Marketing Representative (TMR) in Simbu. The TMR is responsible for a particular geographical zone, using solid business understanding and careful planning skills, and is motivated by reaching targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned customer calls and outlet visits to achieve territory coverage, call frequency and route efficiency targets.
• Ensure optimal product availability, ranging, visibility, stock levels and product freshness across assigned outlets.
• Monitor pricing compliance and identify market anomalies in line with company commercial strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across retail and wholesale channels to drive business growth.
• Provide timely market insights, competitor intelligence and operational updates to support informed business decisions.
