Finance and Administration Delegate for US Macro Award

About the role

The Delegate, Finance and Administration will support the PNG Country Delegation under the US Macro Award, ensuring sound financial management, internal controls and compliance while providing advice to operations managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain rigorous internal control environment, ensure segregation of duties and compliance with finance policies.
• Manage budgeting cycles, cash flow, payments, payroll, bank signatory and treasury functions.
• Prepare monthly financial cycles, donor financial reports and audit documentation.
• Oversee cash transfer programmes, support National Societies and monitor pledge commitments.

Required profile

• Experience in financial management within humanitarian or international development contexts.
• Ability to work closely with operations managers and regional finance teams.
